基本上如果維持到一定的心跳速度(沒當運動員那麼久,我已忘了數字。),十五分鐘以上的帶氧運動已經足夠起動身體燃燒脂肪。要 fit 嗎?一星期兩至三次,每次最少十五分鐘啊!
Fit? 當然想啦!但係最想都係要health!
Gym is so boring. I prefer dancing. I sweat much more in ballet class than going to gym. Only when I want to train up specific muscle I go to the gym for weight training.
