Viet Food - Pho" in the morning

Viet food are really delicious. Spring rolls, rice paper rolls, soup and the famous Pho" (pronouces like "fur" with second tone) are great! I did try a bowl of Pho" with my breakfast but it was too hot for me. However, it supposed to be a breakfast food there and you can find local eating places selling Pho" in the morning everywhere!
