First day of SGATAR JTP 2008

The program started today and we had a full day lessons at the Hanoi Hotel.

Mr. Richard Francis Highfield from the OECD gave the talk. Then we had an official dinner tonight hosted by the GDT-Vietnam. The Viet food are really good. Afterwards, they took us out for a short walk around the Hoan Hiem Lake and the views are really beautiful.
