薪酬調查佈告終於!出咗，今年應該有人工加啦掛！足足等咗5年啦！
每次公務員加人工，實會有好多人唔高興。市道好時出面人人有15、16個月人工，我地又冇花紅又冇雙糧，加幾個巴仙就畀人話我地帶動物價上升。市道唔好時，要立法都要設法減我地人工。
好多人話政府中低層公務員人工比出面高，其實係唔係一定要同出面睇齊呢？出面高職人員花紅認股權等等拉到上肥下瘦，係唔係政府都要加入推動貧富懸殊呢？
我地呢D中層專業人士仲慘，人工比出面少一大截，仲毫無career development可言。人地仲以為我地個鐵飯碗好吸引，其實……有苦自己知！

what percentage of "small potato" can get? hopefully we can get the satisfactory % that may cover the "loss" after deducting to 97's level.

Really no comment on the salary increase. There are so many types of people working in the government. Guess some are underpaid and some are over-paid, just like in private companies.
